Vegan Pesto – VEGAN

Ingredients

Fresh basil – 50 g

Ground almonds – 40 g

Garlic cloves – 1–2

Sea salt – 1/2–1 tsp (coarse)

Almond oil – 120 ml
Instructions:
Place all ingredients into a tall container or blender.
Then blend the ingredients with a hand blender or in a mixer until the desired consistency is reached.
Tipp:
You can use this delicious pesto for many different dishes. Classically with pasta, as an ingredient in marinades, diluted as a salad dressing, as a spread on your sandwiches and wraps, or as a special topping for soups.
