Raffaello almonds
Crispy almonds coated in white chocolate and coconut. A quick no-bake snack with a wintery Raffaello flavor.

White chocolate 100 g

150 g Lemke Stadtstreicher Kokos-Mandel

50 g Kokosraspeln
Steps
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath.
Pour about 100g of the melted chocolate into a large bowl.
Stir the Lemke Stadtstreicher coconut-almond mixture into the chocolate until a smooth mixture is formed.
Add the chopped almonds and mix everything thoroughly.
Fold in the shredded coconut.
Place the mixture onto a baking sheet or plate lined with baking paper and spread it out.
Sprinkle with additional coconut flakes.
Allow to set for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator or approximately 30 minutes in the freezer.
Break into small pieces and enjoy.
