Raffaello almonds

Crispy almonds coated in white chocolate and coconut. A quick no-bake snack with a wintery Raffaello flavor.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate 100 g
  • 150 g Lemke Stadtstreicher Kokos-Mandel
  • 300 g Lemke Mampfmandeln

  • 50 g Kokosraspeln

Steps

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath.

  2. Pour about 100g of the melted chocolate into a large bowl.

  3. Stir the Lemke Stadtstreicher coconut-almond mixture into the chocolate until a smooth mixture is formed.

  4. Add the chopped almonds and mix everything thoroughly.

  5. Fold in the shredded coconut.

  6. Place the mixture onto a baking sheet or plate lined with baking paper and spread it out.

  7. Sprinkle with additional coconut flakes.

  8. Allow to set for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator or approximately 30 minutes in the freezer.

  9. Break into small pieces and enjoy.
