Marzipan sticks

If you’re looking for an easy-peasy recipe that’s quick and simple to make, these marzipan sticks are just right for you.

This version is made with orange marzipan, but you can easily swap it for your favorite flavor, such as Marzipan Very Cherry or Salty Caramel.

Dough

  • Marzipan Sunny Orange
  • 240 g Marzipan Simply Pure
  • Almond semolina

Let’s get started

  1. Knead all ingredients together.

  2. Weigh out the prepared mixture into 55 g portions.

  3. Now shape each portion into a strand about 13 cm long and roll it in sliced almonds at the same time.

  4. Place them on smooth baking trays and bake at 190 °C for about 18 minutes.

Pro Tip

Once the orange marzipan sticks have cooled, dip them as desired in tempered dark couverture chocolate and garnish with chopped pistachios.
