3-Minute Hazelnut & White Chocolate Cookies
Quick, soft cookies with Lemke Stadtstreicher Hazelnut Spread, mixed in no time and baked in just a few minutes. Perfect when you need something fast.
Ingredients

Stadtstreicher Hazelnut Spread – 2 generous tbsp

Egg – 1

Oats – 4 tbsp

Flour of your choice (almond, coconut, or wheat flour) – 2 tbsp

White chocolate for decoration
Here’s how to do it:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan).
Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
Spoon portions of the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for only about 3 minutes at 180 °C (fan).
Let cool and decorate with white chocolate as desired.
You will also need:

Tipp:
The cookies should still be soft when removed from the oven—they will firm up as they cool. Keep an eye on the baking time, as it may vary depending on your oven.
