Ingredients

225 g sponge cake

25 g butter

30 g cream cheese

Currently unavailableMarzipan (z.B. Lemke Marzipan Creamy White) 200 g

Candy eyes decoration

1 small tube – dark icing gel
Instructions:
- Crumble the sponge cake finely.
- Mix it with the butter and cream cheese. Shape into walnut-sized balls and place them in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Knead the marzipan well, then roll it out as thin as possible on baking paper.
- Cut out round shapes from the marzipan and place them over the cake balls.
- Finally, decorate with candy eyes and icing gel.
Tipp:
Alternatively, you can cut the marzipan into strips and wrap them around like bandages to create a “mummy head.”
