250 g quark

120 ml water

15 g fine oats
You will also need
- Blender or hand blender
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a tall container or a blender.
Then blend with a hand blender or in a mixer until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
Pour everything into a deep plate or shallow bowl.
