How it works
Separate about 10 g of the marzipan mixture and roll it into balls in the palms of your hands.
Variant 1:
- Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon or roll in it.
Variant 2:
- Melt the chocolate over a water bath.
- Place the marzipan balls on a fork and dip them in the chocolate.
- Then allow to cool slightly on a piece of baking paper or a rack.
- While the chocolate is still soft, decorate the balls with toppings.
Also known as Marzi-Pop:
- Separate about 20g of the marzipan mixture and roll it into balls.
- Put the balls on a cake pop stick. Then dip them in chocolate or let them run over the Marzi Pop from above for a dripping effect.
- Then garnish as desired.
