40 g ground almonds
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/2-1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
120 ml almond oil

Place all ingredients in a tall container or blender.
Then use a hand blender or mixer to puree the ingredients until they reach the desired consistency.

You can use this delicious pesto for many different dishes. Classic with pasta dishes, as an ingredient in marinades, diluted as a salad dressing, as a spread on your sandwiches and wraps or as a special topping on soups.
