Eigenartig hart

Während das helle und das dunkle Nussnougat bei Zimmertemperatur gut schneidbar sind, bleibt das Mandelnougat hart und brüchig. Ich kann es daher nicht so verarbeiten, wie die beiden Nussnougatsorten.
Ich frage Sie: ist das Mandelnougat vielleicht schon alt gewesen?
