Ingredients 700 ml of water 65 g cornstarch Brittle and fruits for serving |
Here's how:
Mix marzipan and water in a blender to make a drink. Stir some of it into the starch and bring the rest to the boil briefly on the stove. Stir in the starch mixture and use it to thicken the cream. Pour into glasses while still hot and then leave to set in the fridge for a few hours. Then garnish with brittle and fruit as desired and serve.
