300 g low-fat curd cheese

150 ml of water

50 ml apple cider vinegar

20 g fried onions

dough dry ingredients

40 g coconut flour

40 g flax flour

2 teaspoons whole flaxseed

20 g ground flaxseed

30 g psyllium

10 g chia seeds

7 g salt

1 packet of baking powder

30 g oat flakes

50 g chopped, roasted almonds

40 g ground almonds, with skin

30 g almond sticks

sunflower seeds according to preference

Here's how:

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. Line the baking pan with baking paper.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add the wet ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.

Pour the dough into the baking pan and smooth it out.

Add almond slivers and sunflower seeds to taste on top.

Bake in the hot oven for 55-60 minutes, then allow to cool well.
