We ship your order reliably within Germany and to selected EU countries. The final shipping costs are automatically calculated in the checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.

Note: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. There is no processing on weekends and public holidays.

How long does the delivery take?
Deliveries within Germany usually take 2–4 working days. Deliveries to selected EU countries usually require 3–5 business days.
Will I receive tracking?
Yeah. Yeah. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yeah. Yeah. Within Germany, the standard shipping is free of charge from an order value of 40 €.
Do you ship internationally?
We are currently delivering to Germany and selected EU countries. The available delivery countries will be shown to you in the checkout.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations are possible within 24 hours of ordering, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please write to us as soon as possible shop@lemke.de.
Damaged Delivery
What to do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. Send us photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will check the case as soon as possible and take care of replacements or refunds.
