That's how it's done

Ca. 10 g of the marzipan mass and roll to balls in your palms.

Option 1:

  • Dust or roll in with cocoa powder or cinnamon.

Variant 2:

  • Melting chocolate over a water bath.
  • Place the marzipan balls on a fork and dive into the chocolate.
  • Allow to cool slightly on a piece of baking paper or grid.
  • As long as the chocolate is still soft, decorate the balls with toppings.

Also as a marzi-pop:

  • Ca. 20g of the marzipan mass and roll into balls.
  • Put the bullets on a cake-pop stick. Then in
