Ingredients

  • Arugola 30-40 g
  • Carrot strips
  • grapes
  • Cheese
  • Apple
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hazelnuts halved
  • Hazelnut oil

How to do it:


Wash the arugula and cut it in half in length. In a bowl or a deep plate.
Manufacture carrot strips by means of a Julienne tailor or peeler.
Wash grapes and halve. Cut cheese into small cubes or strips.
Wash the apple, deseed and also cut into cubes.
Arrange the prepared ingredients over the arugula.
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and the hazelnut halves over them.
Season with salt and pepper and add the hazelnut oil.
